Rajiv Joshi is a civil litigator and an associate at Solmon Rothbart Tourgis Slodovnick LLP. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. His practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation with a particular interest in corporate and commercial, real estate, insurance law and professional negligence. Rajiv also has experience in criminal matters. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, including Superior, Divisional and Court of Appeal. 

Rajiv graduated from the University of Birmingham, Faculty of Law in 2014 (UK). Before law school he completed his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Law and Society from York University. Rajiv is actively involved in the local community and regularly volunteers at charitable events. In addition, Rajiv mentors and trains articling students and new associates at the firm. He is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
